When I first met Mr. Ramsay in clinic, he immediately put me at ease. He greeted me with his hand outstretched and a big smile on his face. He sat me down and carefully explained what my tests had revealed, the options open to me and what he recommended. He listened to me when I said I wanted to go on holiday before my operation (it had been planned and booked for 6 months beforehand). He implemented some treatment to work effectively on my problem which would see me through the holiday. I left the clinic feeling that I was in good hands of a man whom I trusted with my health completely. On the day of my planned operation, he was there again, along with his amazing team of wonderful people, he was smiling again and very upbeat and confident that all would go well. He explained again what they were hoping to do and said he would see me later when it was all over. I was then put into the hands of his team. Each and every one of them so caring and kind and filling me with complete confidence. After returning to the ward, when the operation was all over, Mr Ramsay came to see me, he was smiling again and said everything had gone as planned and I was doing well. He promised to come back and see me in the afternoon, which he did, and he also visited me again twice the next day to see how I was doing. This man never made me feel worried or doubtful at any stage, he was quite the opposite. He has a wonderful demeanour, which shines through, shows great care and professionalism and makes you feel safe in his hands. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

On meeting Mr Ramsay for the first time at the consultation, I was immediately put at ease by his confident and friendly manner. He explained fully the operation procedures and answered any questions clearly. I felt great confidence in Mr Ramsay and the team. After the operation, Mr Ramsay looked in on me several times to check how I was doing, and told me that, providing all the post operation checks were good, I could go home that day, which was the case. I am very impressed with the care I received from Mr Ramsay and the whole team on the ward. I have not felt any discomfort, and in my opinion, the operation was a total success and my stay in hospital was extremely good. I have only praise for Mr Ramsay and the staff on the ward. They are a credit to themselves and the NHS... I am a very happy bunny.

I was very pleased with the care I received from women's health ward, the nurses were lovely quick and efficient. I was pleased that Dr Ramsey was able to push the operation through quicker so I was out of pain sooner rather than waiting probably another 2 weeks. Dr Ramsey was very kind, and kept me at ease with everything that was happening and happy to answer any questions I had about the operation which helped as this was all alittle scary for me. Also his team who helped with the operation were also very kind and calming before I went into theatre. I am recovery well and very happy with how everything went. Thank you Dr Ramsey and all his staff.

Mr Ramsay was very kind and reassuring when i saw him at his clinic, and I left feeling very impressed with the standard of patient care I received from him and his team. I would have no hesitation recommending his clinic.
